Danny Vercetti

President

Danny Vercetti is the founder and president of Vercetti Enterprises, which launched in 2016. With over 13 years of experience in both development and construction combined, he decided to begin his own firm that focuses on integrating development management, construction management, and general contracting. Having been a part of 30 projects totaling over $350 million spread across multiple project types, Danny’s wealth of experience allows him to engage in all types of development.

Upon graduating from high school, Danny had the opportunity to begin his construction career as a laborer and clerical assistant with OHL-Arellano, one of the top 3 leading construction firms in the Southeast. His thirst for knowledge and experience combined with his successes throughout his 7 years within the firm allowed Danny to hold positions as a project engineer, superintendent, project management, preconstruction manager, and MEP preconstruction manager.

Edward Kiejliches

Development Associate

Edward Kiejliches is an assistant project manager with Vercetti Enterprises. With experience and exposure in fields such as commercial real estate brokerage, creative marketing, and construction management, he brings a diverse skill set to the firm. Edward focuses on strategic prospective property marketing which includes in-depth market analysis, financial modeling, and acquisition management.

In addition to his work experience, Edward has a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Suffolk University, a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from Florida International University, and Project Management experience from Nova Southeastern University.

Eduardo Abril

Director of Operations

Eduardo Abril is the Director of Construction Operations bringing over 30 years of construction experience to Vercetti Enterprises. Prior to joining the team, Eduardo owned and operated a development and construction firm which built over 10 million square feet of projects valued at over $500 million. His project sizes have ranged from half a million to upwards of $30 million throughout South Florida. Eduardo is responsible for the overall management of all Vercetti Enterprises projects. Both his accomplishments and experience are instrumental to ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the client’s overall satisfaction.

Aside from his construction experience, Eduardo has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami in Accounting as well as a Certified Public Accountant designation. For a combined 10 years, he has worked as both a staff auditor and tax staff accountant which gives him a unique perspective on each project.

Tony Gonzalez

Project Manager

Tony Gonzalez is a project manager with Vercetti Enterprises and is responsible for subcontractor scope evaluations, performing contract buy-outs, creating project schedules, submittal review, job-site correspondence, construction oversight, and closeout management. Prior to working with Vercetti Enterprises, Tony has amassed a total of 7 years of experience in the construction industry working with 2 prominent South Florida general contractors.

Tony has completed his Associate of Arts in Building Construction and is currently working towards completing his Bachelors of Science. He is also a registered Florida Notary.

Christopher Cobas

Superintendent

Christopher Cobas is a superintendent with over 5 years of field experience in the construction industry. He has experience working for a general contractor that allowed him to work across South Florida across multiple different project types. Some of his duties include confirming subcontractor compliance with drawings and specifications, maintaining quality control, overall safety of the jobsite, inspection coordination, overseeing daily manpower, and management of as-built drawings.

Chris is currently completing his Associates of Arts in Building Construction and is expecting his degree in Fall of 2018. Additionally, he is a registered Florida Notary and holds an OSHA 30 Hour Certification.

Milton Gonzalez

Assistant Estimator

Milton Gonzalez is an assistant estimator with Vercetti Enterprises who is responsible for evaluating subcontractor proposals, performing scope reviews, completing bid analysis’, sequencing construction activities, and verifying complete project costs. With valuable input from the project coordinator, Milton’s final product provides a complete and comprehensive bid for each individual project.

Prior to working with Vercetti Enterprises, he owned and operated a commercial moving company for over 5 years where he managed 15 employees, day-to-day operations, oversaw client relations, and created estimates.

Emilio Meza

Project Coordinator

Emilio Meza is a project coordinator with Vercetti Enterprises. He handles bid solicitation coordination, performing quantity takeoffs, verifying vendor pre-qualifications, and reviewing subcontractor scopes. Emilio assists in the pre-bid process from start to finish and ensures seamless communication between subcontractors in all trades.

Emilio has received his Associates of Arts in Civil Engineering at Miami-Dade College and is currently completing his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management.
